Calculator for the Ratio of Logarithms
Calculates the ratio of two logarithms with a different base for the same input value. The ratio between two distinct logarithms is always the same, independent from the input value, as long as these values are in the allowed range, larger than 0 and not 1.
Please enter both bases, the ratio will be calculated. Instead of a number, also e for the natural logarithm can be entered.
Example: the ratio of binary (base 2) and decadic (base 10) logarithm is about 3.3. This means for example, that two tenfolds, which is one hundredfold, can also be done with about 6.6 doublings.
