Drawing Program for a Circle

Draws a circle or a ring in any color and size. Please enter radius, thickness and image size in pixels, choose the colors and press Draw. If the circle thickness is smaller than the radius, a ring is drawn. If both values are equal, a filled circle is drawn. The thickness must not be larger than the radius.
