Calculate Timestamp and Date

The Unix timestamp counts the milliseconds since January 1. 1970 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Often computer programs use this value, when calculations with time and date have to be made. Here, the current timestamp can be shown, the timestamp of any date can be calculated and any timestamp can be converted to a date. Time and date are displayed as local time.

Example: the timestamp for the millennium change, midnight 1/1/2000, is 946681200000.
