Resolve Times: Convert Complex Time Values into Single Values

Resolve a value in years, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds into the individual values, or the other way. Often, a time is given like 4 days, 10 hours and 30 minutes. This can be converted here into the single time values. A normal year is calculated with 365 days, an average year, counting in leap years, with 365 days, 5 hours, 48 minutes and 45 seconds. Months aren't included because of their different lengths.

Please either

Example 1: 4 weeks and 5 days (complex time value) are 33 weeks or 792 days.

Example 2: 3000 days (single time values) are 8 average years, 11 weeks, 1 day, 1 hour and 30 minutes or 8 normal years, 11 weeks and 3 days.
