Only integers are allowed to be entered, negative values are also allowed. Clicking on the plus button adds the values entered in the four columns to give the correct time. This is useful, for example, for recording and evaluating irregular times (e.g. self-employed working hours).
This calculator is suitable for a few special applications, as the data must be put into a certain form before it is entered. The time information must be separated into units, which is often not the case before. For calculations with numerous time information in the usual form, such as 1:30 for one and a half hours, a spreadsheet program may be more suitable. On the other hand, if the data is in a form such as 1d 2h 3m 4s for one day, two hours, three minutes and four seconds, you can sort this data into columns, remove the letters and then enter the individual columns into this calculator. So it is much easier to copy the time data into the fields than to type each one individually.
Example: you have a data set for minutes with the values 43 95 112 33 75 127 and a data set for hours with the values 13 8 5 17. Then you get a total length of 2 days, 3 hours and 5 minutes.
