Calculate Date Format

Convert time and date to a date format like YYYYMMDDhhmmss. With the date format, the time specifications are written one after the other without any separation, either just the date or date and time. The year has four digits, millisecond has three digits, all other information has two digits. It is not checked whether the information is correct or meaningful.
Such date formats are used in logistics, for example on shipping lists.
